Search live availability by category and location. Every MM Group listing shows the monthly rental, deposit, room type and what is included — Wi-Fi, water, security and furnishings where applicable.

Request a viewing online and pick a slot that suits you. You receive a confirmation and a reminder before the appointment.

Apply online
Submit your application with your ID, proof of income or proof of study funding, and next-of-kin details. Most outcomes are confirmed within 48 hours.

Sign your lease digitally
Approved applicants receive a lease to sign electronically, along with a first invoice covering the deposit and first month rental.
