How the MM Group application process works
Applying for a room or rental with MM Group Properties takes a few minutes online. Every application is reviewed by our leasing team, and we confirm the outcome by email and SMS — usually within 48 hours.

Choose your property and room
Browse live availability across our student accommodation in Cape Town (Belhar, Goodwood, Bellville) and residential rentals in Brakpan. Each listing shows the monthly rental, deposit and what is included.

Complete the online form
Provide your personal details, contact number, next of kin and, for students, your institution and year of study. You can save time by having your ID and proof of registration or income ready.

Upload your supporting documents
We require a copy of your ID or passport, proof of income (three payslips or bank statements) or proof of funding for students, and proof of address where available.

Vetting and approval
Our team verifies your documents, affordability and references. Approved applicants receive a formal offer setting out the rental, deposit and lease start date.

Sign your lease and pay the deposit
Leases are signed digitally. Your first invoice covers the room deposit plus the first month rental, payable by EFT using the reference on the invoice.

Move in and use the tenant portal
After the move-in inspection you get portal access to view invoices and statements, download receipts, upload documents and log maintenance requests at any time.
