Northlink and other TVET students need practical, affordable accommodation without hidden costs. Rooms come furnished, Wi-Fi, water and security are in the rent, and our team is on hand for any maintenance requests. Bursary and sponsored students are welcome.
What a month actually costs
Budget the monthly rental plus prepaid electricity where the residence is individually metered. Because campus is walkable there is no daily transport line in your budget, and Wi-Fi is already covered — which is often the difference between a room that looks cheap and one that is genuinely affordable over a full academic year.
Applying or joining the Goodwood waitlist
Submit your ID, proof of registration or funding, and next-of-kin details online. If the residence is at capacity for the current intake, joining the waitlist puts you first in line for the next available bed — we contact applicants in the order they applied.
